What race is Cicero?

I'm playing through the Dark Brotherhood quests, and I just happened to be in third person while passing by Cicero, and I noticed that my character is at least a head taller than than him. My current character is a Breton, who are more on the short side compared to most of the races, so it's really freaking me out....has Cicero always been this small? I thought he was bigger.

Okay, after comparing my character to other NPC's (including ones I know are Bretons,) it seems that, for whatever reason, he's the same height/size as a Nord. I have no idea what could have caused this, but now I can have fun roleplaying as a freak-of-nature Breton who was born larger than his kin.

Cicero is indeed shorter than an average character. If you're as tall as a Nord, you're also few inches taller than normal. That shouldn't happen as every player is the same height, only a few unique characters are different. Cicero, Tsun, and the Ebony Warrior are not at their normal height, though Tsun is a god to be fair, he can probably appear in a number of ways.

Cicero actually goes though a growth spurt in this game, during the quest where you fight Cicero in the Dawnstar Sanctuary, he is of normal height.
