Skyrim SE comprhensive modlist

Hello! I'm looking for a good modlist for skyrim SE. Preferably with a good deal of visual overhaul and maybe gameplay changes (kinda indifferent on gamplay changes). I was gonna get Elysium remastered but then i found out it only works for AE not SE, so any list like that would be appreciated, thanks!

You went the extra steps to downgrade to an older version of Skyrim? Because if you didn't, then you do have the AE edition.

you have to buy the AE upgrade to have AE, some mods utilize the creation club content.

No. If you have game version 1.6+, you have what mod makers call AE. Some mods do use the CC content, but those mods generally indicate that it is required.
