or you could clone skyforge weapon entries and make multiple versions, that each have higher base damages to match/exceed the other 10 materials base damage per weapon type, and whatever uniques you can find.
sorry but I don't know of such a mod, but there's lots of people here, maybe someone does. I can't imagine you're the only one who's ever wanted this, but if you get tired of waiting, the editors are free and easily installed! :-)
Once you have it, open the mcm and go to the experience tab and increase the one handed experience rate.
Alternatively, you could download "Training Dummies Provide XP" and level without fighting actual enemies, archery too. This mod also let's you modify how much xp you get per swing, and it does not rely on weapon damage either. If you want to level like using a deadric weapon you could set the base xp yield to 14.
You mentioned attack speed, you are aware all one-handed swords swing at the same speed right? Weapon weight only affects stamina drain when power attacking.
but Rez does have a point about experience modifier mods like Skytweak and others, Balance Your Own Game, Experience Multipliers, and such... same end result, just a different way of dong it; in my example you'd set 1H exp to be 1.45 and skyforge steel would generate the exp of madness... and certainly much easier to do.
I'll look into the stuff you've mentioned.
Oh that, yes generally the more powerful a bow the slower it draws, though there are a few exceptions... Skytweak can also edit attack speed.
