2) here are a couple of websites that might help you analyze logs from a better crash logger

3) if your crash is caused by a runtime patcher tool (Like SkyPatcher) then it may not show in your crash logs (I ran into this recently) because the problem may not be with the tool itself, but rather with a config file from another mod
Now, to the issue.
1. Run LOOT, check if there are any patches missing.
2. Check if all mods and SKSE plugins are up-to-date.
3. Try to trace back the issue. When did the crashes started to occur? What did you do?
did you do something like go with a portable install and point to Skyrim Special Edition\Data\ instead of an instance install of MO2?
Oh and ignore LOOT when it tells you edits are dirty, it isn't the right tool for knowing whether edits should be dirty or not.
