Does this version include DLC?

I have the skyrim special edition and it says on google it comes with the DLC... but in the store page its giving me the option to upgrade and get all the dlc? a little confused and was hoping i could find a real answer before i waste money lol

It comes with all orginal dlcs for the game hearthfire dragonborn and dawnguard the dlc you don't own is a new dlc released in 2021 to celebrate the games 10th anniversary and it adds lots of new content but it is a new dlc the special editon comes with all the original dlc and the anniversary edition dlc is a dlc you can buy the three orignial dlc were all made in 2012 I think but the anniversary edition released 2021.

As Morgan said, Hearthfires, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn are built into Skyrim Special Edition. As of late 2021, the former Creation Club items Survival, Fishing, Rare Curios, and Saints and Seducers are also built into Skyrim Special Edition. You need no other purchases to own all of the above.

The "Anniversary Upgrade" dlc is an all-in-one bundle of the other 70 or so Creation Club items in existence in late 2021 Here's the list of CC items as of the release of the Anniversary Upgrade. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Creation_Club If those appeal to you, the Anniversary Upgrade dlc is a cost-effective way to get those items.
