I’ve never really played around with the adoption mechanic. From what I know though your possible interactions with your children is pretty limited. They’ll like it when you come home and see them, I think they’ll send you letters when you haven’t visited for awhile, and you can give them gifts.

I think that’s pretty much it.
is that sofie from windhelm? she probably has it the roughest of all the orphan kids scattered around skyrim, most of the others at least have a roof over their heads . adopted kids might bring home a random small animal as a pet , and you can gift them things like dolls , wooden swords , childrens clothes , taffy ect .

They largely just hang around your home, doing nothing and getting under your feet, in this Bethesda has perhaps created one of the most realistic simulations in gaming history. All that's missing is a couch and a cell phone.

That said, if you give them a dagger and there's a target dummy nearby they'll use it - and the sheer, unfettered aggression and fury they show when attacking that thing will cause you to have serious questions about your suitability as a parent.

1. You can give the girl gifts, like clothes, books, sweets and dolls. She will play with the doll.
2. You can play with her (hide-and-seek or tag).
3. You can also give her a dagger or a wooden sword and she will practice with it.
4. Sometimes, the kid will find a pet, and ask you to keep it.
5. The brat may also ask for an allowance.
6. You could order the kid to do chores, and they will sweep the floor.
7. Otherwise, the kid will play with the other kids in the city, provided that there are any. If there are none (like in the homesteads you can build), then simply adopt a second child.

Anyway, this whole kids thing was just an afterthought, and the interactions are limited. There's no starvation, the kid won't turn into a delinquent if you don't give it enough attention, and there are no "happiness gauges" or "parenthood ratings" or whatever. This ain't "The Sims". Its just some immersion flavor sprinkled over your house.

nope, but you can give adopted children food
-does she needs attention(ı hope so)
nope, but you play games and tell them to play outside, do chores, or go inside
-can she make friends
yes.
-what do ı need to make her happy or do ı need to make her happy??
You can give them gifts, new clothes, daggers/wooden swords, and play games with them.
Not a full on family sim (unless you mod). Adoption was added later after game was out.

Kids are not exactly the adventure Skyrim was going for.

Yeah - that, and when I go look their chest and they've got like Rubies and Troll fat and other really hard to find (at least for a child) stuff in there...I am always wondering to myself "What the heck is Lucia getting up to while I'm out? Where does she get THAT?"
