skyrim together with mods

Is it possible to add mods to skyrim together or no? and how often does anyone use it?

from what i understand, you can use other mods but everyone has to have exactly the same mods. (i could be wrong, i haven't used it)

graphic mods or necro mods woudnt break it right?

hyper said it, lots of people STR with mods, the caveat is to match your friend's or them match you. no one's going to care if you zip up your MO2/Vortex install and have your friend download it and use your exact same config, same load order, everything... just don't put it up online for public downloading, mod creators get touchy about redistribution the same way copyrighted software producers do.
