“Creations”

I’m well aware I’m probs stepping into a ♥♥♥♥ storm by bringing this up but I am curious, the merging of the mod menu and the creations menu, did it effect how many and which mods are listed? Am I still able to download mods like before? Or am I gonna have to go back to nexus or whatever else is out there.

I’ve used both the Ingame mod managers for many years at this point for fallout and Skyrim, installed 20+ mods and have had no problems (until the whole thing with fallout 4 recently)

Not to mention the issues you come across with Steam link and external mod managers or Steam deck and external mod managers

As far as I’m aware, mechanically, it should work more-or-less the same as it did. They just combined free mods with paid mods into one menu rather than continuing to have two separate ones.

You open up Creations, browse the selection, download and install what you want, and off you go.

The major changes came in the form of a new paid mods system (now anyone can apply to have their mod sold by going through a whole process), and various changes to the rules regarding what can be uploaded.
