The load order itself seems so weird
For example unofficial patch & SkyUI should be sorted & prioritized much higher in the list but if nothing above is overwriting them it should be ok

If it only happens when You said I guess it might be a Racemenu or character overhaul mods problem
Check race menu and race menu plugins for missing ID's or conflicts

Ultimately You can use crash logger mod and check the log file to nail down and find the problem

I mean, if the game starts up, then you're not missing masters, but... I gotta agree with Ghost, your load order looks quite bizarre. You should run LOOT and see if you're missing things or have things out of priority placement.

Well, I'd reckon it's something related to either character generation or a race or texture that doesn't show up in the game before that point. I don't think it'd be an issue with the default, since I'm pretty sure the default is usually a male Nord and those are everywhere at the start.

Or tattoos, I've had more crashes because of them and war paints.

The cart ride into Helgen is actually a game tutorial and is heavily scripted. You may need to disable mods until after you leave the cave.

The position of the Unofficial Patch is actually correct, listed just after the four Creation Club mods added during the 1.6.640 update (namely: Survival, Fishing, Curious Curios, Saints & Seducers). Since these are part of the base game, there is no need for the Creation Club Content Patch which you have but is not active.

As someone above mentioned, you should install and run LOOT to see if there are any errors and warnings. These need to be corrected.

Recommend you use one of the mods that allows for a modified game start such as -
