LoreRIm keeps randomly freezing
So my lorerim keeps freezing randomly and there doesnt seem to be a common theme among the crashes. I could be walking along a random road in the middle of no where, or talking to an npc in falkreath. It doesnt take long for the game to freeze. I get to play maybe 5 or so mins before it freezes.

Did you set pagefile, as required?

Otherwise: sorry, but it is best that you ask this from LoreRim page directly. We can help with mods and conflicts, but troubleshooting a whole mod list is something that should be done with it's authors support.
yeah i did, happens to nolvus too, and i followed the installation guide to a tee. its weird

Have you a crashlogger installed? It would help to see the logs, what causes the crashes.
Sounds to me that there is a lot of stress on the game engine.
its not really a crash but I can check. It just ends up freezing visually (audio still continues) and i force close the game
Do you have enough horse power? or are you running bare minimum. Remember the minimum for giant mod packs is way higher than the games minimum. Pretty sure they have a recommended specs to run page.

That's a good pointer.

A common cause is that the scripting engine is overloaded. You can check this using a script analyser like

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/82770

You can also check your save file using Resaver (note that it needs some register tweaking since it is broken with the current java version, but still works fine), if your save file is bloated with running scripts.

Edit2:

Edit: As recommended above, checking the hardware requirements wouldn't hurt too. Also updated drivers and closing programs can help with hardware related issues.

Can you give us the full specs? Check the temperature as well.
Temps are fine. But specs (im building new pc wednesday as I just got all my parts in):
RTX 5070
i7-11700k
32GB ram ddr4 (i think its 3200MT/s so kinda mid)
idk motherboard tbh
I have some kind of corsair AIO watercooler radiator thingy for my cpu.
New PC will be 14700K with 32GB of ddr5 & 5070 blah blah blah

That is already enough for a dozen Skyrims.

Yo, if you're swimming in money, mind giving me that old PC?:steamhappy:

Anyway, you can either give us a log file, or you could contact the LoreRim guys.

-edit-
Did LoreRim ever work normally? Maybe it's an issue with how it failed to setup properly. There's a bunch of stuff it needs to compile, after all.

i am not swimming in money lmaoo. but im selling my old 3060ti to my friend. Im also salvaging parts from my old pc for my new build lol. TBH idek where to get log files. im very new to modding skyrim.
It would work fine, but then it would freeze after a few minutes. Same thing happened with NolvusV5. So I uninstalled both temporarily..

So it never worked correctly? Try a fresh install of Skyrim.

Use this SKSE plugin to generate a comprehensive crash log:
