Are you playing with any mods or playing without mods because mods might be affecting this problem with false corrupted saved games.:gmod:

Whats the file size of your saves?
How many open handles does they have? (You can check that with resaver. And you can check for other stuffs too.)

Try using Engine Fixes if you are not, already:

SSE Engine Fixes (skse64 plugin) - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230

Check the comments on nexus. There is an issue with the current version of Java. There are two very easy fixes to make it work. I would recommend to disable the bugged feature via registry instead of installing an older java version.

yeah i got it working finally,

Total size: 15.6 mb (5.4 mb with LZ4)</li>
Papyrus size: 9.4 mb
ChangeForms size: 5.7 mb

There are 29 elements whose definition is missing. This is usually caused by updating or
uninstalling mods

There are 48 script instances that are not attached to anything in-game. This is usually caused by uninstalling mods, or by updating mods that are not safe to update.

There are 14 scripts with missing parents. This is usually caused by updating a mod to a new version that has major script changes.

Size is fine (above 21 mb is a critial mark though, if you don't use the engine fixes to extend file size).
The rest is a big mess. There you have plenty reasons, why your save gets corrupted.

If you make a backup save, then you can give it a try to clean those issues in resaver. It may break even more thing, but it could also fix stuff.

I would recommend to refrain from updating and uninstalling mods midgame if you want to keep your save healthy in the future. Even if the mod author claims that it is save, they maybe are wrong, because they don't know the better.

Yeah i didnt think itd be that bad of a issue but thats skyrim, how do i properly make a backup save, because the game does just work solid just after a awhiel of playing like i said it gets "corrutped" but isnt really corrupted i just have to close the game and re open it to use the save, but if i make a backup and then clean the issues and it doesint work do i just reload the backup save or does it affect all the mods and that

You can either use resaver, make another save ingame or just make a copy of BOTH files using the explorer.
Thats for rolling back, if it gets worse. Just make sure that you edit a save file that you can spare.

also just a question is it recommended to turn off any auto saving of any sort and just always do manual saving, i heard that auto saving is pretty bad and buggy
