A guide please for proper moding with (SKSE)

I have: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition and i can't rin skse for some reason. I want to install the SkyUI but no skse works for me or i suck at modding. Please can anyone explain me step by step what i have to do to proper mod skyrim like all this videos i see online?
