Dragons, Lore?
So, did the dragons comeback in all of Tamriel, were they widespread across the continent like the Oblivion crisis was or were they only in the northern part of Tamriel?

We have no info about it. I guess TES VI will clarify it, provided that bethesda doesn't retcon the lore once more.
In Daggerfall which takes place around 200 years before Skyrim and a few years before Oblivion there is a dragon called Skatmat but he does not appear in the game and Daggerfall is set in High Rock and Hammerfell and they can be found all over Tamriel and they are in The Elder Scrolls Online and they are in Elsweyr.:rsdihead:

Well if they survived, like Partysnax, yeah I assume they would go wherever, but I meant like literally every dragon that was coming back to life because of Alduin. Like did they just stay in Skyrim or did they comeback everywhere.
There are dragons in other parts of Tamriel, in hiding mostly, Mirmunlir, the first Dragon you fight for example, is not a resurrected Dragon.

While the Dragon Crisis is mostly relegated to Skyrim since that is where Alduin is, and only he can bring dragons back. Dragons used to rule most of Tamriel in the past, but Mountainous regions were their preference, So Skytim, Northern Cyrodiil, and Eastern Highrock would be their most preferred locations.

At the end of this game it shows there are still quite a few around, and it's not guaranteed they all stay and learn from Parthurnaax, they could scatter to the winds and go wherever they wish.

Even despite any in-game info, let's look at the circumstances:

-Alduin needs to resurrect each dragon individually
-Alduin needs to "recharge" by feasting on souls in Sovngarde
-However, the only portal to Sovngarde is in Skyrim

So, logically, Alduin should've started with the dragons in Skyrim first, and the dragons should've stayed there as well, serving him. Therefore, I doubt that the wyrm plague had spread beyond the province. Given enough time, it would have, but "we" stopped Alduin.

Afterwards, the surviving dragons will surely spread all over Tamriel, so we might see a few in TESVI.

There are dragons in Solstheim after the return of the dragons in the Dragonborn DLC and I think that Solsthiem is owned by Morrowind in 4E 201 so that means that they were also in Morrowind as well but I think that Solstheim was part of Skyrim during The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind so that might be why they are in Solstheim.:p2orange:

Solsthiem was given to the Dark Elves early in the 4th Era, by the High King of Skyrim. By it's location the map, I'd say it's technically in Morrowind's territory. There are some dragons on tha Island as it was originally owned by the Dragon Cult.

Aside from the Island there are no Dragons in Morrowind, the cliff racers drove them out.
