I believe you mean Vittoria's house? As that is from Solitude.

either a mesh got replaced or a plugin has altered the path to specific meshes. Open xEdit and load your solitude mods. Try to filter by conflicts and see if Vittoria's house. If there are none, you have to trail back the missing meshes.

There is even more missing: the two doors on each side of the house (the stairs to the doors are part of the house mesh) and the lamp post between Vittoria's house and Proudspire Manor. All the clutter is there (barrels kettle), but IMO too close to the wall. There should be a small path behind the house with dead shrub.

As Xybolt already suggested, use xEdit (SSEEdit), but load all your active mods. Under Skyrim.esm select Vittoria's house (Static -> SVittoriaViciHouse) and in the right pane you may see which mod(s) alter the house.

Come to think of it, Vittoria's house is destroyed during the battle for Solitude in the Civil War if siding with the Stormcloaks. Maybe a mod claimed the space for another purpose.

Those questions have already been asked. The amount of mods is irrelevant. Relevant is the use of xEdit and/or publishing load order. It may be time to read all the posts before answering OP's question. It may prevent you from being a parrot!
