I think i found the cause on PC

When i got my Alied $6000 PC with a RTX4080 and it has only 1 x 2TB ssd that is all it has
on my Gaming Laptop it only has C drive no D, drive so when i install Skyrim SE the only place it can only be put is the Programs files that is including Wryr Bash i cannot put it any where, when i install varse amount of mods in Vortex and o i need to run SKSE64 Launcher it dont load game and i get a faitle error cannot find DLL but when i look it there then i need to delete all mods then uninstall game the reinstall Skyrim SE AE

Don't install it into /Programs, make a neutral folder like /Steam

Create a Games directory for Steam. Uninstall Steam and reinstall it in the new directory. Steam will then download all games to its sub folders unless you specify another directory.

You can specify where it installs the game, it asks you for a pathwat, you can change it.

Are you talking about the skyrim creation club pack The Cause in the Anniversary Edition or did you mean a cause of like a problem with an issue with the game because I am not sure which you mean sorry.
