probably one of two things, quit and moved on, or adopted a new online personae and is putting all the hard knocks learned to good use as a new modder... it's just the way of things.
ask on a skyrimse modding subreddit or discord where no one cares about modder's egos and such, and someone will put it up for you eventually... maybe try wayback machine, too.
