Setting up 4k?
I just got a new 4k monitor today, but not sure what settings to get this game to display correctly on my screen. The moinitor is a Pixio PX27U Wave I believe. Any ideas?

just set the resolution in the game settings (start the launcher, click options) and you're good to go.

The 4k one made it so I could only see part of the screen. I ended up selecting the next best one. I don't know, maybe I can play around with it more next time.
You have Windows set up to do scaling. You can disable that or you can tell Skyrim to ignore it.
If you want to keep it but have Skyrim ignore it, find your Skyrim.exe (Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition), right click, properties
on the window that pops up, click compatibility tab, change high DPI settings
in the new window, tick Override high DPI scaling behavior, and in the dropdown box choose Application.
click OK. click OK.

Or if you want to disable Windows scaling entirely (instructions for Windows 10), open Windows settings, System, Display. Where it says Scale and layout, in the dropdown box select 100%, and set your Display resolution to 4K.

What Hypertext said, I had to do the same for my 4k display.

Thanks that worked. :)
