Report a translation problem
you can't see it in your inventory, then it isn't in your inventory... that's something different than not seeing it on your body when you try to equip it. did you cheat the quest and just try to give it to yourself or something? (that probably works too, actually.)
37 mods, great, but are they 37 properly installed and well-sorted load order mods? do you have any other game weirdnesses you're just putting up with and not complaining about, blinking buildings/terrain just popping into and out of existence, random freezes, crashes, weird dialogues that make no sense for the conversation, etc.
it's a stock game item, that it doesn't show up in your inventory is... not good.
I tried most of them. I tried disable all mods but I couldn't get armor again. Also, my mods are working properly but I couldn't get arch-mage suit to. I deleted and dowland game but nothing changed. By the way, It just says added, it doesn't say armor added as it normally does.
search for 'english strings' in nexusmods, install it and try again.

Please go ahead and post your LOOT sorted load order. 37 mods should not be difficult to troubleshoot.
another thing -- maybe just give it to yourself directly after touching the stone and it doesn't work for whatever reason. that's Skyrim in a nutshell... you can spend hours trying to figure out why something isn't doing something it's supposed to, or just go around it and get on with your day.
there's different sets, depending on what level you are... I'll list the last two of them, pick a set you want and give it to yourself.

does this work as it's supposed to, shows up in inventory, can be equipped? if so, do you want to still figure it out, or is this enough and you're happy and can get on with the mission?
if not...
can you try this? reload to right where you get it, touch stone to get it, then open the console and 'player.inv' and see... it should be the last entry so you won't have to scroll up through pages of your entire inventory...
if it shows up there, but not in the regular inventory list, I would suspect you are using some kind of SkyUI inventory add-on, and it's not working right or it's LO is wrong, but if it doesn't show in the 'inv' list on the console, you have a nightingale armor set replacer mod or some mod that's affecting this armor, that's intercepting the addition... those are my first guesses.

so it doesn't have a name if it just says "added", which is why it won't show up it's a BAD EDITOR ID... and the fact that you can't get the archmage gear too, you're using some mod that is wrecking armor and/or inventory.
you might as well go on and list your 37 mods, in the load order that LOOT suggested/set.

I tried now it says bad editor id. What should I do
If i had to guess, i'd first point the finger at Immersive Armors. Try removing that, and then starting a new game, adding the guild sets via console as "Death Approaches" said above. If it still happens, disable another mod, start a new game, and test again.
Eventually you'll find your culprit.
