For background, there are two major modlist downloaders for Special Edition right now. Nexusmods "Collections" uses their house mod manager "Vortex". Wabbajack modlists uses Mod Organizer 2, both need a nexusmods account (there are free accounts, but buying a premium account will speed up downloads enormously).
Nolvus is a popular modpack and is a bit of a special case as it also uses a dashboard feature help manage downloads IIRC.
I suggest that you go to the Wabbajack discord or browse the Nexus collections and window-shop. Read the descriptions because some of them make major changes to game mechanics, watch gameplay videos (most of the packs have video samples), take recommendations for system requirements seriously (there usually is NOT a "lite" version of a modpack), and pay attention to modpack success rates--these packs need careful editing and usually include custom files in order to work properly. A relatively low success rate may indicate a badly put together modpack.
As a last word, unless you personally are good at modding these packs need to be used as-is. We have seen many help threads where inexperienced players decide they want to change a pack and end up with a mess, largely because of the modpack's custom files, and there is very little that anybody other than the modpack author can do to help fix things.

"which is the best mod pack lorerim? enderal? there is around 5 or 6 different packs.
I want one with the best visual overhaul. Plus quests etc. Which is better?"
uhh, you left off a couple zeros there. there are a hellofalot more than 5 or 6.
they fall into categories; AIOs, total conversions, vanilla plus, etc. there is no one answer; but since you throw around terms like "better" and "best" (best for whom? you? how do we know what you'll want or like?) then of the bigger more popular ones, you should hit up youtube and watch videos for gameplay of Lorerim and Nolvus and Gate To Sovngarde as a starting point, see what you feel matches what idea you have in your head... but there are many more.
also if you're going to post as a lvl0 anonymous coward, put in more details please. for all we know you started yesterday, or maybe have 2500 hours and have been playing since oldrim, it really helps people understand what you're capable of, what you're ready for, some require technical skills and ability, others are just collections you follow a list or get a paid nexus subscription and do it with a click or wabbajack.
"also if you're going to post as a lvl0 anonymous coward" eh?
why does having a private profile make someone an anonymous coward? lol?
That's slightly weird. I don't find a public profile necessary to my steam experience.
