USSEP problem (xbox)

(Note: sorry this is about Xbox on a PC discussion page. On reddit my post about this didn't go through because I fused the term "stupid" as an adjective to express how I feel about this problem and I also couldn't do it because I had to include my mod list, which I didnt do because it was completely unrelated to the problem)
I play skyrim on multiple consoles, and although I often play PC I just got an Xbox game pass ultimate which includes skyrim so I got skyrim for free. I got the special edition but not the anniversary edition. I decided to get a couple of mods, including USSEP but it says only version 1.6.1130 or above is compatible which I read online is because the creators of USSEP thought it was malware to downgrade the game to special edition (which I disagree with) but anyway I thought it was selfish of the developers because they didnt even consider people who didn't buy the anniversary edition and bought the special edition because its cheaper and anniversary edition is a somewhat useless add-on. On Xbox, there is no other website besides the in game mod menu to get mods from so I cannot use other alternative methods to get it. Please tell me a way to get USSEP on Xbox.

well, the issue is, most here are gonna be PC gamers that are reading it, not console gamers, so the results will be about the same... unless you get lucky.

no you're confusing yourself, anniversary and special share the same game and executable version, AE is just mods off Creation Club, you want whatever version number matches your game, that's all. people who do have AE content then download an additional mod for those fixes.

also, when people put up criteria for posting questions, and you blatantly ignore it, they're going to tell you to eff off. that's life online. :-) you should've just posted a few generic popular mods you use, because as you say, has nothing to do with it, but at least you'd be complying with the request. sugar vs vinegar, son.

but anyway I'd suggest posting on the USSEP page https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/266?tab=posts on nexus, lots will see it, including Arthmoor himself and hopefully the person(s) who make the xbox builds...
