Skyrim together most likely would not work properly or at all with such a heavy modpack
It even suggests to do a clean re installation of the game , but you might as well try it
I don't know how Nolvus and Lorerim compare in terms of combat as I have never used either modpack, or any modpack for that matter.
I have no experience with modpacks, and I would recommend you mod the game just how you like it. While it takes longer, and more knowledge, mostly just the ability to read, it's better IMO.
