Necromage(non vampire)
Does necromage boost any weapon enchantments? I'm building a paladin so I don't plan on becoming a vampire so I'm trying to figure out if the resto tree is worth it.

Yes, as long as the weapon is being used against an undead creature the weapons enchantments will be stronger.

Might be worth mentioning, if u put a "destruction" enchantment on a weapon, I.E Drain Life or Fire Dam. necking a potion of destruction, also increases the power of the enchantment on the weapon

I'd postulate, it's the same for the other schools, but no firm idea, but Destruction skills YES!!

As far as I know, it will boost the damage of your enchants, against undead enemies by 25%. But I dont think its worth the skill point, if you're playing weapons only, unless you really dont have anything else that makes sense to put it in. Though it could be argued that if you're using the dawnguard weapons, and even auriels bow, than it may be a decent option. If you're actually using spells, it has higher value. As all destro, illusion, and the dawnguard resto spells will be stronger.
