Enchanting and Alchemy Selection Slider Mod(s)?

Hey everyone. I really hate to have to ask this this way, but I've been hunting high and low around Google, Nexus and other boards for any info on one or a couple of mods. I am not even sure how to ask it, so bear with me.

Courtesy of Summermyst and a couple of other mods, it is VERY easy for me to have Enchanting and/or Alchemy results that literally roll the integer over into negative territory for effect, duration, etc. So, what I'm wondering if anyone knows of is a mod or two that will put the sliders that you get when you enchant a weapon with a variable use capability for all enchantments and for alchemy results.

(enchant times ten )effect you can do it on armour clothing weapons rings you to destroy items to get the skill its on beth net mods. a ring with ten effects you can make it higher with alchemy my last armour potion was 394% it was like that for weapons to i think it was about 9000 damage it has a charge slider on it i got sick of using it i had the sneak on armour it was 298% you could sneak at daytime and not get caught at all.
