whats mods to fix this game?
the community on the forums says that this game has a lot of bugs, are there any mods that improve this game that should be installed?

google is your friend, and also online installation procedures. See STEP Guide as an example. USEEP, SKSE, and their child mods that use those to fix the game are a place to start.

SSE Engine Fixes, Better Dialog Controls, Better Message Box Controls, xSE fixes from po3.

With USSEP mentioned above, you are quite good to go.

Some of them fix obscure bugs that you may never encounter or care about. Others fix a lot of bugs that you'll probably encounter. There are guides that will help you which ones are which. The aforementioned STEP guide is pretty good.
