My Magicka is green and my Stamina red for no reason (SOLVED: Bittercup)

My Magicka is 250, which is its base value, but the number is green. My Stamina, likewise, it's at 210 (it should be 230), but it's red.

Trouble is, no buffs or debuffs for Magicka or Stamina show up in the "Active Effects" tab in the Magic menu.

I have the Warrior standing stone active, so no alterations to stats.
I don't have any diseases. I used a couple of different shrines to cure myself, drank a potion of Cure Disease and Cure Poison, it's still like this.
I don't have vampirism, but I did cure myself of Lycanthropy and the numbers didn't show up like this when I did, it was all normal.

If I type in player.getav stamina, it shows I have a permanent -20 debuff on me. Same for Magicka, but a permanent +20 buff.

Now I could use player.forceav stamina 230 to just fix it via console, but I'd like to avoid using the console for now. Any ideas what might (have) cause(d) this or how to fix it without using the console?

EDIT: nevermind, I figured it out. If you have this (but only if the amounts where 20+ and 20-), you must have used the Bittercup item at some point, which takes 20 from your highest stat and adds 20 to the lowest. The effect is one-time, permanent and DOESN'T show up in your Active Effects.

yes, the bittercup does that, which is why I don't use it, I already thought about how I wanted my stats.

Hahah thanks, although the people of Skyrim don't think so. Although walking around cities and hearing almost exclusively "dude you're naked" dialogue is hilarious 😅

BTW, it was inspired by the naked Nords of Morrowind: Hisin Deep-Raed, Botrir and Hlormar Wine-Sot, and of course, the biggest legend of all, Forstaag the Sweltering, who insists that he's naked because it's "just too hot in Mournhold" and that it's ignorant of you to assume he has been tricked by a witch (like the other three).

fair enough, I had built my own build exactly how I wanted, so I didn't need or want to redistribute the stats, but if you did then the bittercup is one way to do it
