Hello

Blood on the ice is not a well construct quest, if you speak to the wrong person, they will jailed an innocent.

I forgot who was the murderer but with a solution i saw who was guilty, but because i speak by mistake to the wrong person they jailed the wrong one.

I didn't charge a save hoping the murderer k**ll a second person, but he never do.

Is the quest bugged ? I visited like 10 times Windhelm and go to every part of the city searching for a b**dy and there was no b**dy.

I am afraid i won't be Thane of Windhelm and never have this beautiful house.

So bad the condition to be an important person and have a house in this city rely on a bugged quest

yep the quest is notoriously a very buggy quest that you need to take a very linear approach to if you want it to not bug

In 2011, i had zero problem it was like december 2011 or maybe january 2012

I think when i will achieved every side quest of the game, every bugged quest will be debug with the console. (in 200 hours of gaming maybe xD)

They actually do, but quest might be stalled. Quest has a fail back: go and talk with the guy you sent in to prison.

So basicaly i talk to the dude in prison for the second time and i have the option to say to him that there were a second victim. I new were to find the murderer then it was on the market. I attack him he beg me, i then ask myself did the guard would arrest him ? but i k**ll him for what he did.

Last time I did it, none of the bodies spawned. Noone ever died. I only managed to get the quest going, because I talked to someone in the palace that mentioned the murders. But again, no bodies, or blood, or anything. I had to go circumvent the entire quest, by stealing keys, and quest items, and then turning them in to the Steward, who was the only person involved in the quest that would act as if the quest was in progress. Only after Wuunferth was in prison, did the second part of the quest proceed as normal. Kind of. As whats his face was where he was suppose to be. But he never killed anyone. Just stood there and waited to die. That quest man..........that quest.

Now i want to be thane of Windhelm but there is not the option with Ulfric and Jorleif

Be happy that they didn't die. I don't like when a PNJ die

Is the victim unpredictable or it is always the same person that die ?

The third one that i save was the argonian girl that is always happy. Never found the second and the first was the beautifulbarmaid

oh... that sad i will be involved in the civil war at the end of the game so in 200 hours or more
