Anniversary Edition upgrade not showing up after purchase
I bout the Special Edition + Anniversary Edition bundle, but when I go to install, it only installs the Special Edition. I can't find an option anywhere to upgrade. When I launch the game, it says Special Edition. When I go to the Anniversary Edition page in steam, it tells me I need to buy it still. It doesn't even show up in my library.

I'm confused. Any ideas?

You have to go ingame the game will download the extra files as they are NOT on the STEAM servers, but on the Bethesda servers. That said it can take a bit before the game updates the purchase

Alright... So I went into the game and got the option to download the upgrade. However, I had to tab out check something, and when I got back in, the option was gone. I tried quitting the game and going back in, and I don't get the Anniversary Upgrade option anymore. Is there a way to check to see if it installed it?

just for some clearance (and to avoid confusions) it is better to clear out the different products there are. I have posted something recently to avoid this as some names got misused.

The Anniversary Edition Upgrade is a download item. It serves only as a "ticket" to indicate that you have this DLC. The actual files are not on Steam's server but on Bethesda's one. Their servers aren't that good ... It takes time to have it in sync with the Steam purchases and actually offering these files to you. For this, I recommend to log in to bethesda.net ingame to ensure that you have a better connection (as in authenticated) to link easily.

Yes, I created my Bethesda.net account. It shows that Steam is linked to my account. However, I still have no way of knowing when or if the upgrade will download. Now I'm looking for a way to open a ticket with Bethesda.

If you have the dlc you go to the ingame Creation club menu and there should be a button download all. If that doesn't work give us the error message. As I said you have to be ingame to download it will NOT download thru STEAM.
