Multiple Runes. Anyone!?

Does anyone know if there is a MOD or some way to lay down more than just the one rune?
Currently, you can only put down one rune at a time. Which is rather odd because the amount of places I've been to, or rather my Dragonborn has been to, where there are multiple runes laid out on the floor that they have to avoid.

There might be a console command to do it but I am not sure and I think I remember there being a perk that increases the number of runes you can have but I think that perk might actually just be for to place it farther away I think so I don't think its that I don't think theres a perk that does it.
