Alchemy bugged

So, I wanted to make potions, I have alchemy at 100 and enchants that upgrade alchemy, but the potions dont get better, dosent matter what I do I cant make better potions, example, enchanting one is stuck at 1% and dont get higer

Ok ... first you need to answer the basic starting troubleshooting questions.

With 100 alchemy, and all the appropriate skill points in alchemy, your enchanting potion should be at 25%. And thats without fortify alchemy gear. So somethings busted. I just dont know what, without more info.

Your problem depends on a lot of variables.
Like Mods.
Soul Gems.
These two can effect this.

also your enchanting needs to be high as well to get the alchemy / enchanting grind wagon going. make a enchanting potion then use it to enchant alchemy making gear, make better enchanting potion to make better gear repeat. and that's if your mods are not an issue and your using filled black soul gems which are the best then you should be o your way.

I got 100 on enchanting too, the equipment I made is 1 helmet, 1 ring, 1 neck and 1 guanteletes that gives 25% better potions each, doesn't matter what I use that the potions don't get any better, any potion in general. When I try to make a potion with full equipment and all skills or alchemy are the same than the ones I can make with 1 alchemy and no equiment
I don't have any mod installed

That is odd, I have done the Alchemy and Enchantment bug before and it worked fine. In the end though I threw all the equipment made by it into the sea. Just made the game far too easy as I was killing legendary dragons in one hit.
