Mantella mod Error Illegal multibyte sequence
The mod seems to be working fine but when I start a conversation with an NPC nothing happens and it doesn't let me chat with him and I get this error:
TTS: Text-to-Speech Error: 'cp932' codec can't encode character '\xa1' in position 12: illegal multibyte sequence

Start by going to the modpage and seeing if anybody else has has this problem.

Googling this seems to indicate that there may be some sort of file format incompatibility with Windows that I don't have a background to comment on.

Google search says that "'cp932'" is the Microsoft Windows code page for the Japanese language. Are you trying to use Japanese characters in your conversations?
