Which sword are you using in the screenshot this sword reminds me of oblivion swords is it modded or from base game?

Its Shadowrend from the AE DLC. Somewhat OP as you can get it at level one.

Nelix is from Morrowind, very well preserved for being dead for over 200 years.

Thanks for telling me this and Shadowrend is one of the swords in Oblivion it is from the Shivering Isles DLC but I have not found or seen this weapon yet in my Oblivion play throughs and I also still have not played all of the Anniversary Edition mods yet since I got Anniversary Edition in 2021.

I stumbled on it my accident. No idea if there is an associated quest.

The isn't, not to find it anyway. You get a quest when you attempt to take it.
