NPCs moving really slowly
Is anyone else getting the bug where it looks like NPCs look to be sliding and moving really slowly? I've heard it fixes itself when you cap your FPS at 60, but I'm wondering if there's a solution in which my eyes don't need to bleed when I play the game.

I know its just Hyperbole but you should really see a doctor on that issue.

I would think your core issue was script lag myself. I would look into it from that angle.

Edit: If you really want educated and good help. System Specs and Mod List Load order would help.

If you just want to complain....well I am not going to stop or chastise you. I have enough motes in my eyes.

BTW, this is unmodded Skyrim as far as I'm aware. I uninstalled the Mod Manager and even checked the game folder to remove files and the Mod folder

I appreciate it a lot, sorry to be a hassle, and I don't have any sort of mods installed as far as I'm aware.

There are three folders (outside of whatever Steam keeps in its system and cache and Cloud (don't even get me started on Steam Cloud.)

I think there is a Clean install guide somewhere Vlad put up. Let me see if I can find a link.

Oh and still might want to post system specs.

Steam Upper Left - Help - System Information. You don't have to paste the whole thing, Mainly Looking for CPU, Graphics GPU and Driver Info, OS, RAM.

The important Stuff.

Remember the very first fix is to shut down computer and restart.

Coding has change a lot since 2011 and 2016. Beth does not keep up, if game plays they ship it.

It is not all their fault coding cost money, money is what a gaming company must watch to stay alive.
