Nope, I'm pretty sure Pandorable doesn't use it, although she's done a good job sculpting the faces so they don't look blocky. Either way HPP is not required.

If you want NPC overhauls with HPP, you can check Coldsun's profile on Nexus. It still doesn't require HPP, but I think it's included in the Asset Hub that is the base for all his overhauls.
I've used Pan's stuff with HPH with no issues, but I'm with Ozy her older stuff never did, prettysure at least. I would check her newer stuff though.
Just remember Pan's work is very immersive, these are not glamor girls.
This is probably a really stupid thing to ask but I have a mod called high Poly NPC overhaul that put High poly heads on all the NPCs if I have that and I added the pandoraable mods would that make them with high poly heads or is that not a thing
If you mean this mod

Load Pan's stuff afterwards. I believe I had to make corrects in Xedit for Pan's Male's NPCs, as they all had bald heads, but it has been awhile, it might have been another male overhaul mod. Mods like these are usually safe to uninstall since they are only meshes and textures. Best bet is to grab a few and try them out one by one. Gmans npc works well with high poly npc. gl

They wouldn't end up with high poly heads.
