You may have a mod changing it. If so there should be an MCM for it.

With some mods the sneak eye becomes the crosshair depending if the sneak eye was moved. A mod like Less Intrusive Hud II allows the Hud elements to be adjusted.

Immersive Hud (iHud) allows cross hair while sneaking

Here's a video by the author of iHud where he goes into detail about both Less Intrusive HUD and Immersive HUD (iHUD). The video is old but still relevant.

As I pointed out and Vlad detailed, (Gopher created one such mod) that would do as I mentioned.

Can you be more specific, conflicting how exactly? Since your post is about crosshair perhaps that's what you mean and if so try going to the Smoothcam's MCM's Crosshair menu and disable both "Enable Stealth Meter Offset" and "Always Offset Stealth Meter". (After that if you also want to set your stealth meter (sneak eye) position you can do so in the Skyhud ini).

OR

Another approach is to go into the Skyhud.txt and go down to [Position]. You will see bLockCrosshair=1, Just change that to bLockCrosshair=0 and this will let you use the Smoothcam crosshair.

Otherwise I'd ask you what exactly are you using SkyHud for? Not that it's a bad mod because it isn't, but if you're using it because you can move Hud elements around and/or for the thin Hud you can achieve those with "Less Intrusive Hud II" (of course don't use it together with SkyHud).

im using skyhud for NORDIC UI

I know im a little late to the discussion.. lol but if anyone has a similar problem, try to do the following:

Find the last mod that overwrites skyhud.txt and change this
bHideStealthText=0
bHideStealthMeter=0

Heres one way to do it with MO2:
1) find the mod that overwrites the skyhud.txt file.
- double click SkyHUD mod and go to the "Conflicts" Tab
- Search for the mod that overwrites skyhud.txt (if none: you only need to look in the SkyHUD mod folder)
- do the same overwrite check again to get to the last mod that overwrites the file

2) Go into the mod folder and find the file
- rightclick the mod -> open in explorer -> go into: interface/skyhud

3) Open skyhud.txt and set these settings:
bHideStealthText=0
bHideStealthMeter=0
(and maybe: bLockStealthMeter=1)

hope this helps someone :)
