It keeps saying that wraithguardvaultfixer.esp relies on it, however I can not find how to get that file. I know it is from the creation club but from the hours I have been looking I have not seen a download for it anywhere. It is the only issue I am having from the CC content as well.

This creation is called "Sunder & Wraithguard". Just download it as any other creation from the CC.

Doesn’t shock me to tell the truth, CC mods can be strange.
In this case it seems the mod has a fix for a different version of Skyrim. You might want to look at the mod(or mods) through xEdit. I guessing this is patch for a mod given the nature of the error.

I only see a Xbox version of it, not a PC version

That is what the error is coming from, I have that mod

Well look at it in xEdit and see if you can see where it error is. Or maybe report the error to patch author.

I looked with it, and it just shows I don't have it, not seeing any errors or anything though this is the first time I have used xEdit

So I just don't own that CC content. So I deleted the vault fix, but now I am confused since another mod I had required it, but I am not getting any errors after deleting it. So fixed I guess?

Hardly if other mod requires it. If you don't see any errors now it doesn't mean you will not have them later. You have to follow mod's requirements.
