Well my modded game is not loading

after installing about ten mods to my collection of about 300 the game just stopped working it would get me to the screen where i can adjust the settings and stuff and then when i hit play, nothing happens and i am lazy but if you want i will put a list of mods

if i launch the game through vortex nothing happens and if i launch it through steam the first menu comes up but nothing else

Well if we knew what mods you have added and what your load order is we may help you now we know nothing at all ...

Now all we know is your game isn't loading ok what do you want us to do with that info alone.

Complex problem with no standard fix, sorry :(

If the collection is breaking your install then there's a big, big, obvious issue going on.

Wrong Skyrim version for your mods, missing master files, etc. Look for the big stuff.

you installed 10 mods (which we don't know what) to a collection of 300 (which we don't know what) and expect someone to magically know what the issue is?

i uhh... don't know what to say about that... really...

if the collection of 300 was working before you added those 10, then it's obvious one or more of those 10 you added are either broken, conflict, or you didn't set up right.
If it didn't work before you added those 10, then, you have a bigger problem, and should have sorted that first...

If You're using 300 mods You shouldn't launch the game through the steam or official game launcher , You should launch skse64 launcher and You won't get the bethesda game launcher window .
Dumb and obvious point , but just to throw it in here ; Can't say anything else with this (lack of) information

Post your sorted load order in the the thread - do not use a link to some outside source - it just makes it more difficult for people. To post your load order, in the top left hand corner of LOOT under Game, choose Copy Load order and paste in the reply box here.

For Vortex users, Vortex keeps a .txt version of your mod load order here:
C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition\loadorder.txt
Find it and then copy and paste it here.

As has been said, if the game was fine before adding those 10 mods, it should be easy to figure out which mod is causing the issue, Just roll back to a save made before those mods were installed and test by following this outline:

From modding myself normally direct crash's normally happens when a mod is trying to pull data the game doesn't have. Example such as Sword model overhal for a sword that is not in the game. Vortex should have plug in lists that show if something is missing, after when you say you have 300 mods. Did you mean you had 300 mods and the game was working before you added the 10 new ones.

Another bad/ easy way to fix the game is remove all mods and start re activating them slowly. like say 10 at a time. So if the crash's happend you have a better idea who is your trouble maker mod.
