Skyrim SE won't launch (FIXED)

Getting the error SkyrimSE.exe - Bad Image
d3dx9_42.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.

I tried the direct x runtime several times but it says I already have the file. I tried running the command prompt to scan for broken files several times. Says there is nothing broken. I tried verifying game files several times. Tried reinstalling many times. Fully updated driver. Im not sure what I am doing wrong, or what I can do to fix this? Im not super tech savy. I don't have mods installed. I just want to play the game i purchased lol. Any help is appreciated.



Okay Little update. I simply made a system restore point and went and found the file, delete it and reinstalled it through the June 2010 Direct x runtime thing on microsoft. When it finished downloading onto my system, the file was back where it belonged and Skyrim now runs with no problem.
