“I was trying to install USSEP mod, but it didn't help either (at least with my current saves)”

“P.S. I have no mods at all, just vanilla Skyrim Special edition”
So now you have removed USSEP?
There is nothing wrong with any of my saves. I have a bug with NPC, which I can't interact with.
That's exactly what I was hoping for: that it'll fix my problem, but it didn't.
I just wanted to clarify that my "bug" originates from vanilla version and can't be caused by any mods
as said, installing them after the fact does not retroactively fix problems.
Save early and save often.
even after knowing to do so we still need to go to the school of hard knocks for it to really set in.
Thanks everyone for answering anyway
