New Vominhiem was good although not for a lower-level character.
Beyond reach is really good, but you or your character may develop ptsd afterward.
It's kinda of a weird place, but hestra's nest is a fun little detour in the total skyrim journey.

Sumerset Isle is basically an entire DLC:

The Republic of Maslea might be unfinished, but it is still an interesting place to visit:

Northpoint SE adds some truly frosty area to explore. Well-crafted, but without quests:

Beyond Skyrim: Bruma and Beyond Reach are really the only ones I’ve played that felt worth the time, and even so - both have this feeling of being unfinished.
Bruma it’s sorta supposed to feel that way because it’s a “preview” of the much larger, still in development, Beyond Skyrim: Cyrodiil.
Beyond Reach feels that way because razorkid created a much larger map than what was needed for the main/side quests - possibly with the intention of fleshing out these areas later on but never doing so.
Moonpath is terribly outdated and looks/feels very old in its world and quest design. Unless you have an immense hardon for anything Khajiit I wouldn’t bother.
Wyrmstooth is just an attempt to insert a diablo like dungeon dive into Skyrim. It’s tolerable to go through once.
Wheels of Lull and anything by trainwiz/darthvitriol is nothing but cringey Gen X/Millennial humor and frustrating platforming gameplay.
Project AHO and Carved Brink were interesting in many ways but ultimately hurt by some poor writing and gameplay design choices.
Olenveld - despite being rather new and having a really interesting subject matter - felt like it was made in 2012.
