Fun clothing glitch

Not sure why but this has happened to me twice now with female Dunmer NPC's, once on Solstein and then at the Shrine of Azura. The female NPC's have forgotten to put on their clothes, except for their boots and head coverings. Yowzers !!!

I made the NPC at the Shrine of Azura my follower so I could examine her gear. Yes she has the robes in her inventory, but she simply didn't have it equipped. And it's cold up there so yikes !!!

Is this how they behave in Morrowind ? Nice.................

did you perhaps cause that gear to be unequipped?

No she was showing her womanly charms when I first got to the Shrine. She can't become your follower until you do the Black Star quests. Once she becomes a follower you can check her gear and belongings, outfitting her in plate armor if one so wishes. She had the robe but simply wasn't wearing it. I wasn't complaining, mind you..............

There's another Dunmer female NPC in Solstheim near the forge who was also running around pretty much naked. Of course it's warmer there.....................

I've done the quest, never encountered her undressed. But if she was that way when you encountered her then it won't be a console command or similar.... Guessing it's a mod issue, maybe post your load order and see if anything jumps out.

I suspect it's a mod thing but it only just happened all of a sudden a few nights ago. I'm running over 350 mods and everything is pretty much smooth as glass <knocks on wood>.

Listen though......... I'm not complaining !!! As far as I'm concerned it's a bonus.

Now it's that Synod mage Paratus Decimius in Mzulft. Same MO - he has hood and boots, but no robe. It only seems to affect robe wearers. He's standing here in his Speedo's.

Must be a mod glitch, but the only ones I've installed recently is one to allow me to wear circlets with helmets. Not sure why that has caused the issue.

Edit : Oh crap now I'm in Labyrinthian and the female ghosts are nekkid. YOu can't make this up.

It's actually kinda hawt.
