My HUD has left me for a younger therianthrope, any tips on winning it back
But to be serious for a moment, my HUD is no longer there and I can't seem to find how to
bring it back.

Might there be the possibility that you scaled the hud visibility in the Display options down?
I like playing this way, but if it's a problem relating to mods then I have no clue. I don't see any immediate problems from the mods.

I like no HUD, but but I use iHUD so it appears when needed.
I will try a new game and see if that fixes it.

Tried that, with absolutely no mods the HUD came back,
then I put only Dear Diary dark mode back in and start a new character,
the HUD goes missing again.
I guess I will have to file a bug report on Nexus.

Turns out I forgot SkyHUD which is required by Dear Diary for the HUD to appear, case closed.
