Low end ENB Presets?

My current lighting setup is Pragmatic Illusion ENB https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/25623 with Rustic Weathers and Lighting and Relighting Skyrim. With a 1070ti, I still have have consistent 60 fps everywhere except for the Rift in certain weather conditions (and that is as much attributable to my vegetation mods as to my lighting setup).

The better answer, however is to start reading preset modpages and then testing them in-game. ENBs can be installed and uninstalled at will, as long as you are not changing your weather and/or lighting .esps, and you are careful about reverting any .ini edits recommended by your preset authors. Of course, if you are changing your weather and lighting mods to test enbs, this can turn into a much more complicated chore.

Last, you can achieve many enb-like effects with Imaginator https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4577 (virtually NO performance hit) and your graphics card controls (such as image sharpening).
