Where location is the dungeon you want to reset.
The game will then present you with a list of results and their id's. You want the id for a cell, which has a CELL-tag at the beginning of the line.
You can then use resetinterior <cellid> to restore the cell to it's vanilla condition, essentially respawning it. Be sure to NOT be inside whatever you are reseting.
Now if you have recently been in that dungeon you also need to use pcb (purge cell buffer) to prevent the game reloading the changes you made to that cell from the buffer. You might have noticed, that if you leave a cell and then immediatly reenter it you barely get a loading screen. That is because the cell is still buffered.
Regarding pcb it's best used from an interior cell, for example an inn or shop because it will purge the entire buffer and not just the cell you previously reset.
