ResetInterioir and PCB commands
I wanna make sure I understand this. When I looked up how to reset dungeons on google? It said to use the resetinterior command and the pcb command (if it’s currently a dungeon you’re doing.) but I’m not quite sure I understand what the pcb does. Or how exactly this works. Please can someone help me understand better

You open the console and type: help location
Where location is the dungeon you want to reset.
The game will then present you with a list of results and their id's. You want the id for a cell, which has a CELL-tag at the beginning of the line.
You can then use resetinterior <cellid> to restore the cell to it's vanilla condition, essentially respawning it. Be sure to NOT be inside whatever you are reseting.
Now if you have recently been in that dungeon you also need to use pcb (purge cell buffer) to prevent the game reloading the changes you made to that cell from the buffer. You might have noticed, that if you leave a cell and then immediatly reenter it you barely get a loading screen. That is because the cell is still buffered.
Regarding pcb it's best used from an interior cell, for example an inn or shop because it will purge the entire buffer and not just the cell you previously reset.

ResetInterior will completely restore an interior to its default settings: NPCs, traps, locked doors, etc. When you have already visited the interior before using ResetInterior, you will also need to use PCB (Purge Cell Buffers), otherwise the game will use the buffered cell (buffered interior), t.i. including all changes you made during your last visit (killed NPCs, unlocked doors, cleared traps, etc.).
