Play In VR Without Buying Again

Is there any way that I can play this on my VR headset without spending more money to get the actual VR release(such as mods possibly)?

No, it requires changes to the engine to handle VR, minor changes but changes non the less.

Nope. One other things- I don't recommend playing the VR version. It was poorly made. Yes there is mods to tweak the VR version but even doing so; for me at least- i have the index and playing past 60fps just broke the intro of the game for me. I tried the physics engine .ini fix mod but it wouldn't seemed to work for me for the VR version. IDK why. My mod set up was the same like for SE (MO2) yet it wouldn't work so I refunded it. It's not worth 60$. Wait for sale for it.

Maybe he's sharing it. Let's just not jump to accusations... Steam says he's got 44hours spent on the game, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work with a pirated version.

edit:BTW, it's really not our place to even care about that matter, it's only relevant when people have issues with a pirated version, then we can't help them anyway. We're not Beth's guard dogs, but mere cash cows, let's not forget our place...

not beths rules for this at all its actually steam that if someone is known to not own the game we the community are not required to help at all till the little mouse symbol appears by his/her/their name once it does then all the help we can offer is applied.

but as in this case no mouse symbol no help

@OP there is a VR version and you would be better purchasing that, I am not sure admittedly if there are mods for VR on Nexus or anywhere.

Yeah, sadly it doesn't change that he would need to buy the VR version to play on a VR headset.... I have no experience of VR, but from what I understand, because people mention it from time to time, is that the VR version is a pain to mod, it's mostly the same as SE but a few mods don't work right, so you need someone with VR modding experience to troubleshoot your load order, and they are fairly rare...

Yea haven't got experience either tried it once and I got very motion sick .... so no not for me.
