Did you install SKSE64? (only download it from SKSE.silverlock.org
Are you sure you installed SKSE64 properly? (if you use it)
Was your game running properly before you installed SkyUI?
We need to see your Loot Sorted Load order.
It's stuck at the bottom; working fine before. In MO, I have it at the top.
maybe you added it outside that feature but you need SKSE64. I do not recommend using mods from there although people do. Use Nexus mods. But if you're going to do both, especially with more than 1 or 2 mods from the Mods Main Menu that is a touchy situation that I would not touch period.
You need a mod manager. I highly recommend you start over, from scratch.
This will help you.

Modding is Reading.
Additional help will be appreciated!!
All the animated wing mods were working as well? and if they were are they still working?
Do you Run FNIS Every time you install an animation mod?
And. After you installed SKSE64 is that when things started going bad?
there is one exception and that is you should only get SKSE64 from the link I posted above (silverlock)
Then if there is one mod that you must have that Nexus does not, then you can add 1 or maybe 2 mods from Bethesda (main menu). I know vortex manages it just fine for me. I have 1 maybe 2 mods from the Main menu. I do not recommend mixing them although I am sure some folks will say they do. Like I said, if you have to then 1 maybe 2 max is fine. Mod management is the key.
I'd wipe it clean with a Clean Vanilla Reinstall (steps are listed in the Guide I linked and in Pinned Topics) and start over.

OOPS had some oldrim links in there - Fixed it.
I spent a VERY long time trying to figure out how to make FNIS/animation mods work ~8 hours, so I'd rather avoid reinstalling it. I didn't install SkyUI from the Bethesda menu; got it from Nexus, iirc, just like everything else.
ok so all mods were from Nexus except SKSE64 was from silverlock?
You must install SKSE64 properly or SkyUI will not work.
There's a installation video in this Guide. Follow it Very carefully step by step
You MUST only use the SKSE64 from SKSE.silverlock.org

Edit: and make sure the SKSE64 version is for your version of Skyrim SE. I'm not talking about simply making sure you download the one for Special Edition and not VR or Oldrim, you must do that too. in other words you also have to make sure the versions line up/match/are correct for each other.
I use Vortex in the Video but same principle for MO2 or watch GamerPoet's MO2 video which is below it.
This is easy to do but the importance of installing it correctly will take a little time. I can't stress how important it is enough.
As in your earlier thread, I was worried about the unmanaged mods in your load order. The in-game mod manager has always acted weirdly about SkyUI anyway. I would use the guides Vlad listed to make sure you have a good installation of Skse64, then get rid of everything related to SkyUI (make sure no skyui files are in your SSE data folder, MO2 downloads folder, and MO2's mods folder), make sure you are not subscribed or have unsubscribed from SkyUI on bethesda.net, make sure you have closed your connection to bethnet if it is open, and then redownload Skyui from nexus using the "Download with manager" button on the modpage.
Again, I think you need to get the (redundant) unmanaged mods out of your data folder and install them only through MO2 regular means.
