anyone know of a animation mod that places 2handed axe/hammer more in front?

the normal animation holds the weapon low with the head behind the user, i'd like one thats more neutral, so the entire shaft is on front. and not a high stance with the head on the shoulder.

might be very specific but i'd like to ask anyway :P

Unlikely, because it's a very unnatural way to hold a twohanded weapon. The animators keep in mind that the heavy weight has to be balanced in relation to the center of mass of the body.

on the contrary, holding a twohanded weapon like that makes it more defensible and manourveble. the vanilla way is quite reckless, as you got nothing to defend against blows directly, not the handle or the weapons blade.

on the contrary a fighter with a twohanded weapon passively is more defensive due to a more dangerous arsenal, good offense is good defence. And there are many historical teqniques and stances for twohanded weapons with a focus on defense, the only weapon that is truly reckless is the flail.

I like Raider in For Honor (though its been a few years...) and unlike most people I can actually swing an axe the size of a woman and break things in half.
I've used Two Handed, battleaxes specifically, since release in 2011.

This is probably the best we get. Not perfect, but better.
