Ysolda takes Belethor's store?

I saw many pages saying Ysolda takes Hulda or Belethor's place if one of them dies, I killed Belethor his body is not there any more, some days had passed, what am I missing?

This would be true if you have the Unofficial Patch installed. There is a known bug that disables Vendor dialog when Ysolda takes over for either Hulda Or Belethor.

Ysolda takes over the Bannered Mare if Hulda dies, I’ve never heard of her taking over for Belethor (though that seems to be the case according to UESP).

You’d think Belethor’s little buddy who’s always chopping wood and never ceases to remind you he works for Belethor would be the one to take over.

So what happens then if both Belethor AND Hulda die?

Is it safe to install UESP ? I'm level 11 or 12 right now, and is it worth it?

As long as your game is current version, you can install the latest Unofficial Patch. Please note that the adjustments to Ysolda, Hulda, and Belethor store ownership will not be changed in your current save. Any new characters after install would benefit from the changes.

I have other question, if I buy the anniversary edition, does it run ok with the unofficial patch?

by all intents and purposes, the Unofficial Patch should work fine whether the AE DLC is installed or not. The underlying structure of the game is no different. It's still SE version 1.6.1170.

Weird, I had Mikhail take over the Bannered Mare when Hulda died in my game (this was a few playthroughs ago). Granted I am still running a 1.5.97 setup so that might be a factor.

I just realized this is right, just wanted to see with my own eyes

I got the AE and and I don't think it takes effect in my base game save, I can't build anything for the house in the bench of the land for lake manor of Falkreath. I watched a tutorial and did the same, but I have no options in the menu of the bench

The Unofficial Patch changed that. Originally Ysolda was backup replacement for both Hulda and Belethor, although Mikael already had innkeeper dialogues. With the patch Mikael becomes inkeeper if Hulda dies and Ysolda replaces Belethor.
