Modding Skyrim Help

Hello, I've been modding Skyrim SE for some time now and recently I wanted to get back on it an mess around with mods. When I got back on Vortex, I deleted everything with mod wise and wanted to start fresh including the files. Of course, redownloaded everything that looks good including Fnis and patches and what not that is tended to play modded Skyrim. But when dealing with Fnis, do what the program is meant to do with updating behaviors and it just seems like whatever I do, my character always in T pose. Spent 2 full days trying to figure something out but nothing is working. Went through the mods that I got from Nexus and check for required files, checked to see if the files were SE, literally turned off each and every mod and ran the game to see if its one of the mods, verify the games files through steam, reinstalled Fnis including the Xpmse mod. Nothing is working. When I reinstalled Fnis and Xpmse and run Fnis, I get this warning now-

You installed the wrong xp32. You need this one https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988

I also recommend using nemesis instead. Fnis is outdated as hell.

Oh alright and some of the mods I have tells me to use Fnis

Almost everything that requires FNIS can use Nemesis instead.
