i use CBBE 3BA and have no problem with clipping and i use custom armors , the only time ive run into thisd problem is the armor is for a different body like BHUNP ( just the first one to pop in my head) the armors will not cross over unless you go through and edit the outfit in bodyslide outfit studio.
ive always built my body and outfits/armor separately (outfit selection in the top right of bodyslide) once for the body and then once for the outfits. that way if there are multiple outfits for the same piece you get to choose which one you want. this may also be part of the problem is there is a conflict in those outfits in your mods somewhere.
Some clothing packs ( and armour ) like the VTAW series come their own bodyslide files and others need a specific body preset for them to work . Like PapaKat , I use CBBE 3BA 'cause it's usually the easiest preset to set and install . At my age , i have all bugger all patience left for a mod that may require several other mods to work .
I also know Racemenu requires SKSE 64 to run properly . Did you bother to read the requirements of the individual mods and bring them down as well ? .
anyway by now there are plenty tutorials on the 'net on all three of your above mods to get going correctly .
