As to SKSE64 you need to download from here:
https://skse.silverlock.org/
Make sure that you download the right one for the version of SSE that you are running. If you are running the current, up to date, supported version of SSE (1.6.353), then you need to download this:
Current Aniversary Edition build 2.1.5 (game version 1.6.353): Download 7z File
(And yes, it has the wrong name, because though the SSE team know code, they are nitwits when it comes to other things, and stated that it would not be "convenient" for them to call it what it should be.)
If you have the outdated, obsolete, and no longer supported version of SSE (version 1.5.97), then you would download this:
Current Special Edition build 2.0.20 (game version 1.5.97): Download 7z File

I love that mod. It has been a true game changer for me.
If you need something less keyboard based and/or non SKSE, there is also CD Cooley's Decorator Helper available.

And when you say Nexus, are you referring to the mod manager - Vortex? Because Nexus itself has nothing to do with SKSE. But check that guide, SKSE is actually pretty straight forward to install.
